Whether, it is true or not will only come to light when the award or Laptop Awards are held by students in real and not in words.
As the reputation of Pakistan suffers a lot not only in the eyes of foreign countries but the people living in her as well.
So, fingers crossed for the students, who are desirous to get Rupees 40,000/= Laptop. I'd say, think what you want to, just don't pin too much hope because if your heart is broken it takes time to mend. Just think, negatively and if you want to be positive, I'm with you :)
